Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

Vargo is currently partnered with an exciting financial services business recruiting a Lead Salesforce Developer for their team. This position will offer the opportunity to lead the Salesforce development from a technical perspective, manage a small but growing team and influence the future architecture of the system.

This role will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of the platform, primarily within Salesforce but working closely with other technology teams, E.g. Mulesoft, to execute and deliver the business strategy from an system perspective.

The role will suit a senior salesforce developer that is looking to gain experience in management and taking a technical lead role.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements to Salesforce solutions

  • Mange the data integrations between Salesforce and external systems

  • Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages 

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security within the Salesforce platform

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on all customisations/integrations

Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

  • Cloud-based systems

  • Working with 3rd party suppliers

  • Working in an agile environment

  • Lead software engineer who has helped to supervise or manage more junior members of the team
  • Salesforce FSC 

  • Experience Cloud, Mobile Publisher and Omni-Studio
