Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote, occasionally travel to Cardiff
Salary: Up to £45k
Vargo is working with a dynamic financial services company looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator. This role will be crucial in supporting and optimising their Salesforce environment. Experience with FSC or Service Cloud is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly maintain the system, perform backups, and monitor performance.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for any Salesforce-related issues.
- Carry out system health checks, security reviews, and audits.
- Oversee Salesforce release cycles to ensure seamless updates.
- Train and support users, encouraging best practices and system adoption.
- Manage data quality, ensuring compliance with retention policies.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and comply with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, workflows, and validation rules.
- Familiar with best practices for data management, security, and system administration.
- Experience managing system updates and release cycles.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) preferred.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
