Job Title: Business Development Manager (Asset Finance)
Salary: Up to £40- £45k+ car allowance + uncapped monthly commission (OTE- £90 - £150k)

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As a key player in their growth, you won't be micromanaged. You’ll hit the ground running, owning your territory and driving deals across the line.

  • Hunt & Gather: Leverage and expand your existing introducer network to hunt down high-quality leads.

  • Structure the Deal: Craft, negotiate, and agree on winning initial facility terms.

  • Pitch to Win: Package and present flawless facility proposals to the underwriting team.

  • Seal the Deal: Get out from behind the desk—attend face-to-face client meetings to sign off documentation.

  • Smooth Sailing: Collaborate closely with the internal operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your clients.

  • Be the Face: Act as a polished, professional brand ambassador to all external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Blueprint: Several years of proven success crushing it within the asset finance sector.

  • The Network: A pre-baked, black book of established broker relationships.

  • The Expertise: A deep, native understanding of industrial equipment and commercial vehicles.

  • The Drive: You are fiercely target-driven, exceptionally organised, and possess the stamina to manage high-volume activity and strategic engagement.
