Job title: Client Relationship Manager
Salary: up to £37,000
Location: Peterborough, mostly remote
We’re looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to be the main contact for our corporate clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, managing communication and addressing inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Coordinate issue resolutions and service escalations, working with internal teams as needed.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively improve service quality.
- Review and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) annually and create new SLAs when necessary.
- Document and manage service changes, ensuring costs are communicated and agreed upon with clients.
- Lead service meetings per SLAs, tracking actions and follow-ups.
- Support onboarding of new clients to establish strong initial relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
- Client-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple relationships and tasks independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable with a positive approach to client needs and challenges.
- Knowledge of savings and investment products is a plus.
