Job Description

Vargo is working with a well-established engineering firm in Cardiff to recruit a Systems/Project Accountant. The client has recently implemented a new ERP system and is now looking to develop and automate the financial reporting suite. This contract role is forecasted to last between 4 and 6 months and will require someone to be onsite at least 2 days a week in their Cardiff office.

Duties:

• Project manage the delivery of the workstream
• Work with each area of finance to understand their reporting requirements
• Co-ordinate with internal and external technical teams to develop the reporting suite
• Systematically test the reports to ensure their accuracy
• Roll-out the reports to other divisions within the group

This is a day rate contract Inside or IR35. Full brief available on request.
