Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Cardiff City Centre (will include travel across England and Wales)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + annual bonus (OTE £70,000)

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager at Open Moove, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving new business and building exceptional relationships with estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors. We want someone with a true sales instinct - relentless in pursuing opportunities, tenacious in overcoming objections, and excited by the challenge of achieving ambitious sales targets. With autonomy to build and close your own pipeline and the support to make it happen, you’ll be expected to bring in new customers and drive revenue growth, contributing directly to Open Moove’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the property industry.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and positioning Open Moove as the solution.
- Actively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
- Set and achieve sales targets through consistent outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Travel across the UK as needed to meet with potential clients (with travel expenses covered).
- Report on sales progress and pipeline development, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the property, SaaS, or tech sectors.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a relentless drive to close deals and exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, with the confidence to make decisions and strategize independently.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours to meet potential clients and close business effectively.
