Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 + car allowance + uncapped monthly commission (OTE £100,000 - £120,000)
Location: South West

Vargo is hiring for a dynamic asset finance lender/broker that works with SMEs in the region. This client is unique as they not only lend asset finance products off their own book, but can broker a wide range of commercial lending products including term loans, lines of credit, invoice discounting, commercial real-estate and government backed loans. 

They are interested in having a conversation with candidates with previous lending experience that are looking for a fresh challenge and opportunity to increase their earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through your introducer network
• Sell direct to SME businesses
• Structure and agree on initial facility terms
• Submit facility proposals and work with back office teams
• Attend client meetings for document signing
• Co-ordinate with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Present a professional first-line impression to external stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the 

Requirements:

• Several years’ experience within the asset finance sector
• Established broker relationships and a strong understanding of industrial equipment and vehicles
• Target-driven with strong planning skills and the ability to manage high activity levels and engagement strategies
