Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical ALM Manager to support strategic funding activities and model oversight within a collaborative Treasury environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating deliverables and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Securitisation

Support and coordinate the required activities ensuring smooth delivery of transactions in key markets.

Assist in the preparation of business data, presentations, and documentation for external funders, regulatory bodies and commitees (ALCO etc).

Work closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure data quality, legal compliance, and timely reporting.

Help manage deal budgeting and support IT teams with system testing and implementation of new structures.

Review liquidity and interest rate risk model outputs (e.g., deposits, prepayments).

Present findings for internal governance and support decision-making.

Operate with autonomy on daily tasks, while maintaining close collaboration with senior ALM leaders.

Represent topics at senior committees and engage directly with stakeholders across finance, risk, legal, and external partners.

External legal advisors, rating agencies, investors, and banking partners.

Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience

Background in Treasury or ALM, with experience in securitisation.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
-
Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with data and developing tools.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
