Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical ALM Manager to support strategic funding activities and model oversight within a collaborative Treasury environment. This role plays a key part in coordinating deliverables and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Securitisation

• Support and coordinate the required activities ensuring smooth delivery of transactions in key markets.

• Assist in the preparation of business data, presentations, and documentation for external funders, regulatory bodies and commitees (ALCO etc).

• Work closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure data quality, legal compliance, and timely reporting.

• Help manage deal budgeting and support IT teams with system testing and implementation of new structures.

• Review liquidity and interest rate risk model outputs (e.g., deposits, prepayments).

• Present findings for internal governance and support decision-making.

• Operate with autonomy on daily tasks, while maintaining close collaboration with senior ALM leaders.

• Represent topics at senior committees and engage directly with stakeholders across finance, risk, legal, and external partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Key internal and external relationships include:

   

  • Treasury, Risk, Finance, Legal, and IT teams.

  • External legal advisors, rating agencies, investors, and banking partners.

   

Candidate Profile

Skills & Experience

• Background in Treasury or ALM, with experience in securitisation.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with data and developing tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
