Vargo is recruiting for a few Broker Account Executives for a growing financial service business in Cardiff. You will review mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with standards.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure all documents are complete and accurate.

- Ready loan files for underwriting, ensuring compliance.

- Conduct Security Check calls with applicants.

- Communicate with Brokers during the application process.

- Manage inbound/outbound calls regarding criteria and cases.

- Work with internal teams on non-standard applications.

- Follow departmental policies and meet QA targets.

- Identify broker trends and training needs with BDMs.

- Enhance broker partnerships and product awareness.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication.

- Team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

- Experience in the second charge mortgage market preferred; first charge experience or CeMAP qualification is a plus.
