The role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing efforts, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the B2B SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage email campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, and customer retention.
- Design and optimize email templates to highlight value propositions and features.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop compelling email copy.
- Implement A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
- Monitor and analyze email metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
- Manage the email marketing calendar and coordinate with other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on trends and technologies in B2B SaaS email marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in developing successful email campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulations.
