It builds software bringing together property CRM and PropTech. The role Own the day-to-day finance of a small business and bring financial planning and reporting discipline to how it operates within a larger group. Payroll and audit are outsourced, so the role focuses on hands-on financial management and forward-looking input rather than administration. Work autonomously in a sole-charge finance role, delivering monthly reports and a rolling forecast, and partner with the CEO to challenge commercial decisions. Experience in a group-owned or portfolio business structure or structured quarterly reporting cycles is useful. Suitable for a qualified accountant with strong technical grounding and forecasting and financial planning experience. Open to newly qualified applicants looking for part-time work and experienced professionals reducing hours. Hours and location 30 hours per week, fully remote from anywhere in the UK. Occasional travel may be required. Working patterns can be agreed, including five shorter days or four longer days.
