Job title: Transactional Administrator
Salary: up to £25,000
Location: Cardiff
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for invoice purchases and funding for new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Finance Team to ensure client facility and insurance limits are adhered to.
- Represent mid-office in meetings with the CEO and Finance Team.
- Maintain and update client overviews daily, recording details for internal reference and audit.
- Organize documentation in the document library (GDrive).
- Communicate with clients on new funding and perform due diligence on debtors and invoices.
- Support operational and onboarding teams with compliance documentation as needed.
- Address client queries efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
- Able to handle multiple projects and switch between tasks smoothly.
- Proficient in creating and managing data records.
- Previous experience in administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and Gmail, is a plus.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and financially minded.
