Job Title: Senior Mortgage Underwriter

Salary: Up to £35,000

Location: Hybrid in Cardiff

Responsibilities

• Review and approve second-charge mortgages within established lending mandates.
• Generate second-charge mortgage offers and meticulously prepare associated documentation.
• Address queries and referrals from various departments to optimize internal and external customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of business processes, suggesting improvements to strengthen the underwriting function as the company expands.

Requirements

• Experience handling complex cases.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Collaborative team-working abilities.
• Experience in credit underwriting
