IT Infrastructure Analyst

Cardiff

Up to £35,000 + Bens

 

Our client, a growing engineering business in Cardiff, is currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Infrastructure Analyst to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and set up systems with standard software tools to ensure optimal functionality and integration.
  • Provide advanced Excel expertise, including data analysis, reporting, and advanced functions.
  • Support the sales team with technical assistance, troubleshooting, and client demonstrations.
  • Offer ongoing support for deployed applications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Utilize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and training (occasional travel required).
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, contributing to a high-energy, success-driven work environment.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting deployed applications with strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a quick learner of new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

This role is full time, to be based in the office in Cardiff. Our client is seeking candidates with relevant, recent UK-based experience and is not able to provide sponsorship.
