Vargo is recruiting Business Development Managers for a well-established financial services business that is experiencing month-on-month growth and is looking to add additional heads to their sales team. These roles will have a geographical focus but offer opportunities to leverage networks across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with commercial lending background either from a bank, independent lender or broker, to join this business in a strong growth phase.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of clients and referral partners in asset finance.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Present tailored finance solutions for various assets and business loans.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our value.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in business development or related field, ideally in asset or commercial finance.
- Proven track record in sales and business growth.
- Knowledge of commercial lending and finance solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles are available in West Wales, Mid Wales, Somerset, Bristol, Cheltenham /Gloucester, Midlands and Swindon.
